Operations Administrator

We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of Sales and Operations Administrator. The Sales and Operations Administrator will assist us in achieving our objectives. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers who have inquiries regarding products, orders, and deliveries. Your responsibilities will also involve providing support to the Business Development Manager in daily operational tasks.

The successful candidate will possess a social media background, be exceptionally driven, and demonstrate a profound understanding of customer service best practices. If you demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we look forward to meeting you.

Ultimately, your role will be essential for attaining excellent customer service and hitting sales targets through the implementation of an effective social media strategy for client engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication via email or telephone.
  • Verify the accuracy of data in orders and invoices.
  • Reach out to clients to collect missing information and address their inquiries.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Relay important customer feedback to the internal teams.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved and report any deviations.
  • Design and execute Social Media strategies.
  • Create engaging content through Social Media Platforms
  • Identify consumer trends for effective campaign planning.
  • Optimise content to boost community interaction.
  • Stay informed about new products and features.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in the capacity of a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on MS Excel.
  • Digital content experience on social media platforms
  • A grasp of sales performance metrics.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong commitment.
  • The ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is considered a valuable asset.
